The Ordering Process
Select a Card Design

Browse through Huff Studios’ selection of photo cards and other products. Choose the design that you are most interested in for your purchase. If you do not see exactly what you are looking for, we would be happy to work with you to create a custom design. There is a one time, $25 fee for a custom card design. There is no additional charge to modify an existing design for a new purpose (i.e. using a birth announcement.)

Add Cards to your Shopping Cart
Select how many cards you would like to order and add them to the shopping cart. All Huff Studios photo cards and note cards are sold with a minimum order of 25 cards. Remember that it is better to overestimate the number of cards that you will need. While additional cards may be easily ordered at any time, the additional cards may sell at a higher per-card rate.

Submit Customization Information
Fill in all requested information on the customization screen. If you would like additional customizations or have further instructions, please add your request in the box at the bottom of the customization screen. E-mail your photo/photos to Huff Studios
Once you have selected the photo(s) to be used on your card, please e-mail your photo(s) to huffstudios@gmail.comThis e-mail address is being protected from spambots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it , being careful to send the full-sized photo attachment. Do not select any option to “optimize” or otherwise reduce the file size of your photos for easier e-mail sharing as this will negatively affect the quality of your photo for print.

Await your Digital Proof
Within 48 hours of receiving all customization information and your photo(s), Huff Studios will e-mail you a digital sample of your purchase. Upon receipt of your proof, you will have the opportunity to change or correct any information on your card. If a change is made, Huff Studios will always follow up with a revised proof before going to print.

Printing & Delivery

When you are completely satisfied with a final digital proof, your order will be sent to print. You can expect to receive your custom photo cards within 7 days.
